Practising yoga leads to a stronger, more flexible body and a quieter mind.  It is this union of body and mind that makes yoga so essential to our modern day way of life; helping us to overcome the effects of stress, over working, being forever time-poor or spending alot of time sitting as we work and drive, or perhaps living a sedentary lifestyle.
We also need to be able to switch off our incessant ‘internal mind chatter’, which can be exhausting and can cause our bodies to feel stiff and tired.

Benefits of simple meditation techniques include: Increased concentration and focus, a  more positive outlook, reduced stress and anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of blood lactate. Research has revealed that meditation enhances the immune system, as well as
providing a powerful way of improving concentration and improving mental strength.

Booking beforehand is essential. Please contact me directly for more information.
